Shipping Restrictions

Currently we are only able to ship Blinds Screens within the UK when ordering via our website.

Missing or lost packages

Our shipping policy includes tracking for all packages and insurance for any damaged or lost goods. In the event that your package is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately so that we can assist in filing a claim and sending a replacement.

International shipping

International Shipping is available for Blind Screen products at an additional cost when ordering via phone or [email protected]. All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Custom-Made Product Return Policy:

All products that are made to measure are non-returnable unless they do not meet the specified size requirements as requested at the time of the order. If you receive a custom-made product that does not meet the specified size requirements, please contact us immediately to request a replacement. Please be aware that custom-made products cannot be resold and must be remade if there are any issues with the initial product
