Shipping Restrictions

Currently we are only able to ship Blinds Screens within the UK when ordering via our website.

 

Fault Reporting Period

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your blinds. You can contact us via email [email protected] or phone 01332 959009, as listed on our website.

Provide Details: Please provide the following information when reporting a fault:

•Your order number

•A detailed description of the fault

•Photos of the fault (if applicable)

Review Process: Once we receive your report, our team will review the information provided. We may request additional details or images if necessary to fully assess the issue.

Resolution: After assessing the fault, we will offer one of the following resolutions, depending on the nature of the issue:

Collect & Replacement: We will replace the faulty blinds at no additional cost.

Repair: If feasible, we may offer to repair the blinds.

Important Notes

Reports made after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or repair.

This policy applies only to faults present at the time of delivery and does not cover damage caused by misuse or wear and tear.

Missing or lost packages

Missing or lost packages can be a frustrating and inconvenient ordeal. At Blind Screen, we strive to ensure that all of our shipments are properly handled and delivered in a timely manner. 

Our shipping policy includes tracking for all packages and insurance for any damaged or lost goods. In the event that your package is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately so that we can assist in filing a claim and sending a replacement.

Custom-Made Product Return Policy:

All products that are made to measure are non-returnable unless they do not meet the specified size requirements as requested at the time of the order. If you receive a custom-made product that does not meet the specified size requirements, please contact us immediately to request a replacement. Please be aware that custom-made products cannot be resold and must be remade if there are any issues with the initial product
