- Legitimate interests – We’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation, or someone else without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All your data protection rights may apply except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:
- Customers provide their personal information including name, full address, e-mail, and mobile number for the purpose of booking an in-home appointment (at their preferred date and time and for the products of their choice). Customers can opt from processing and marketing at any stage.

- Direct marketing communications are sent to customers to inform them of our products and services, let them know about new product launches, keep them informed of offers and promotions, and maintain customer engagement with the brand. Customers can opt from processing and marketing at any stage.
- Service communications are sent to customers to keep them informed of their progress through their customer journey with us.

- Legitimate interests – We’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation, or someone else without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:
- Financial reporting and auditing, analysis to develop marketing strategies including profiling and segmentation, updating customer details and preferences, predicting future demands, web analytics, and personalising/providing highly targeted communications to customers, including updates on products and services.
Where We Get Personal Information From
We collect personal information directly from you.
How Long We Keep Information
We will not keep your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose or purposes that it was initially collected. At the end of that retention period, your data will either be securely deleted or anonymised, for example by aggregation with other data so that it can be used in a non-identifiable way for statistical analysis and business planning.
Some examples of retention periods are below:
When you call our contact centre we may record the conversation, if we do this will be held for a maximum of 12 months unless the call is required for the resolution of an ongoing dispute.
If you place an order with us we have to retain the details of the order, including your personal data, for 10 years to comply with our legal and contractual obligations. If the order included a warranty which was for a longer period than this, and you have registered that warranty with us, we will keep details of the warranty period and any associated personal data for the duration of the warranty period.
